I recently worked with a team to completely rebrand our Wedding Registry program. The goal was to elevate the overall look with a more modern, less gendered approach.
Partnering with our visual merchandising team, I reimagined what the in-store experience could be. We introduced a lounge space, where customers could meet with store associates to begin the registry process. We also began leveraging QR codes to help registrants easily download the Crate and Barrel app.
The entire rebrand was built around Crate and Barrel’s iconic ampersand and the new registry tagline “undeniable yours.”
I redesigned our entire Registry digital offering, creating new display banners and designs for social platforms: Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat. The goal was to create fresh, visually impactful creative campaign that could be carried on through the year.
The new digital campaign proved to be extremely successful, registry creation from digital ads was up +77% from last year.
